Donna’s Story

Donna’s journey began with a deep belief that leadership is more than strategy, it’s about people. After years of working within organisations in Senior People and Culture roles, Donna created a business that not only recognises the importance of Coaching and Compassion to individuals and organisations but which places this at the centre of all of the work undertaken. She created Turned on its Head to challenge traditional thinking and introduce a fresh, soul-led approach to leadership and culture development.

Her work is designed to inspire confidence, build resilience, and foster environments where individuals thrive. Every session reflects Donna’s commitment to transformation, blending practical tools with mindset shifts that last. Alongside her more Corporate work Donna also provides services to groups and individuals which aid empowerment, connection, spiritual development and belonging.

Donna's Philosophy

Donna’s philosophy is simple: growth starts from within. By combining executive coaching with mindset and spiritual development, she helps leaders, individuals and teams to achieve clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her sessions are tailored to each client, ensuring that every organisation and every individual receives support that is carefully planned, expertly delivered and above all else is person centric. Whether it’s leadership training, team building, or empowerment workshops, Donna’s approach is holistic and results-driven.

She believes that when teams feel empowered, organisations flourish, people feel safe and happiness and connection grows and that belief shapes every programme she delivers. For individuals accessing individual support, whether that be through Coaching, spiritual development or empowerment workshops, Donna believes that the courage that brings people to her is the first powerful step towards positive change, squashing limiting beliefs and limiting life decisions and making new empowering life pathways. Donna describes her work with organisations and individuals as an incredible honour and privilege.
