Meetings are the place where your organisational culture becomes visible, it is where power imbalances can be noticed and where your organisational values and behaviours become clear.
There is actually lots to be discussed and agreed to create a blue print for effective meetings but so worthwhile, this facilitated session creates a safe space to build clarity and agreement on what really needs to happen for your meetings to be fair, consistent, effective and safe places for communication.
Creating a company or team charter
If you have spent time discussing values and behaviours but have never really worked with your team to discuss what is and is not expected within your organisation, from your leaders and your employees, then a team charter is a beautiful piece of work which provides an appropriate next step. The Charter work is best undertaken collaboratively with a cross section of the workforce. A charter provides a clear framework of standard of behaviour and conduct and means of resolution and safety at times of conflict and change.
This one day session takes the shape of a number of facilitated workshops which results in the content for an Company or Team Charter.
The Facilitator can provide follow on work to finalise your Charter in print based on the responses received from people involved (this would be at an additional charge)
