Feminine soul rising empowerment programme
The Feminine Soul Rising Empowerment Programme is perfect for groups of women who are looking for a combination of self discovery and empowerment and spiritual connection. The programme can be run for groups of 4 or more women and takes place over two days.
Women's empowerment and healing circle
The fabulous women's empowerment and healing circle takes place on a monthly basis and brings together women who give a lot of themselves to others and ask for little in return. The circle is about empowerment, healing, connection, fun, learning and friendship. Circle attendance is bookable through Eventbrite.
Holy Fire III Reiki training
Holy Fire III Reiki Training is available at Level 1, 2 and Master/Teacher Level.
Training is provided in a comfortable training room and numbers are kept intentionally low.
Level 1 training: Self-healing & introduction
This is the foundational level where students are introduced to Reiki and attuned to the Holy Fire® III energy.

Two day training - £460
Holy Fire III Reiki healing treatments
Usui Holy Fire III Reiki offers benefits for both individual and team wellness and would work incredibly well for wellness days and experiences.
On a personal level, it promotes deep relaxation, emotional healing, and mental clarity and by channelling high-vibration energy, it helps clear negative energy, reduce stress, and instil a sense of inner peace.
This is a perfect intervention for individuals with stressful lives as the sessions are incredibly relaxing. Individuals often experience heightened self-awareness and empowerment from a Reiki session allowing them to navigate challenges with greater resilience.
When practiced collectively, it can create a shared sense of purpose and unity. Releasing tension and promoting emotional balance is key to improved productivity and overall well-being.
Individual sessions can last 30 minutes or 1 hour (with consultation time)
